New: Powder nail polish
How nice would it be to always have your hands and nails perfectly in order? Without fear of touching something so as not to ruin the nail polish? Well, with the brand new powder nail polishes success is guaranteed!
Powdered nail polish is a type of nail polish sold in a small jar, almost like a face powder. It can be found in many colors and applying it is very simple: place your finger in the powder until the entire nail is covered, remove and finally apply a top coat to fix the powder.
The powder, fixed to the nail, will give the same effect as a gel polish, guaranteeing a duration of up to 3 weeks!
Powder nail polish has a remarkable range of benefits: for one thing, it's super easy to apply!
As we have seen in practice, just dipping the finger in the bottle is truly clumsy-proof: moreover it avoids those classic stains and drops that are created when we are not exactly expert with the brush.
Furthermore, it guarantees a truly remarkable durability. It lasts almost as long as a semi-permanent nail polish, especially if you add an adhesive base (like a simple top coat) before dipping the nail.
Finally, it is very aesthetic: it avoids smudges, defects and other imperfections that are created when we are about to apply the nail polish!
If we want to achieve a more intense effect for yours hand makeup just repeat the operation several times. By shaking your finger, at the end, you will remove all the excess powder: it dries quickly in the air and therefore there is no need for any lamp to dry the nail polish. However, if the effect is too thick or rounded, you can redefine everything with the buffer file and cover with another layer of top coat.
And to remove it very similar to the way to remove the gel: initially you proceed by filing off the excess dust and nail polish, then you cover the nail with a cotton ball soaked in acetone and wrap it in foil for about 15 minutes .
If we really want to find disadvantages, we can say that it is not exactly the best for the health of your nails.
The powder in fact contains an excipient, called MMD, which is rather harmful, almost comparable to an acrylic, which becomes difficult to remove with natural substances. It is no coincidence that the technique for creating them is defined as DIP POWDER, or better known among experts as "dietary acrylic", summarized as a good compromise between classic manicure and treatment which, in the long run, is more harmful to the health of the nail such as nail reconstruction.
In addition to this small inconvenience, powder nail polish is truly a revolution for the world of nail art: ready to try it?
