All parcels travel via courier (delivery expected within 5 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday except for strikes or events not attributable to us).
Orders received by 12pm will be processed the same day; orders received after this time will be processed the following day, excluding Saturday and Sunday or holidays, in which case they will be processed the following working day.
Shipping costs (equal to €8.00 for orders < €80) are always borne by the Customer (except for exclusive promotions).

Here are your RIGHTS of WITHDRAWAL
Do you want to return what you purchased from us? No problem, you just need to let us know within 14 days of the products being delivered to you. Of course, you can decide to return even just part of what you bought. We will refund you the price of the returned products and the corresponding delivery costs as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days from when we became aware of your withdrawal.
Based on the new European legislation on consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Italy with Legislative Decree 21 FEBRUARY 2014, No. 21) regarding the right of withdrawal (Standard Instructions and Standard Withdrawal Form) where you can find all the information on the withdrawal and return methods, you can communicate the withdrawal by any means - online, email, telephone, fax, letter - using the standard form prescribed by law, but it is not mandatory.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires later 14 days:
- a) in the case of a sales contract relating to a single good, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods; or
- b) in the case of a sales contract relating to multiple goods, ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good; or
- c) in the case of a sales contract relating to the delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.
In case you purchased through our website www.beautynette.it a service provided by a third party (by way of example, a subscription to read a periodical in digital format), you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days from the day on which you receive the e-mail with which we communicate the code for activating the third party's service and/or any other methods for obtaining the provision of the service from the third party.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us (at the following address: Beautynette, via Gabriele D'Annunzio 184, 50135 – Florence (FI), tel: +39 335 7008674, e-mail: info@beautynette.it ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post or e-mail) referring to the order number and the products you intend to return.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the sales contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (including any additional costs), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day they were returned to us the products that are the subject of your decision to withdraw. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer demonstrates that he has sent the goods back.
In any case, you are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
