If you placed an order like registered user you can cancel the order within 60 minutes of confirmation. To cancel the order, access the section ORDERS of the your account and select the order you want to cancel. At the bottom right you will find the “Delete” button. An email will confirm the cancellation. If the order is cancelled, the amount will not be collected by Beautynette, but will remain "booked up" by the chosen payment system (e.g. banking circuit) up to a maximum of 15 days.
If you have returned a product and are waiting for a refund, remember that in most cases, the refund is made in 2-5 working days from the moment the returned product reaches our warehouse. site. Please note that approximately two weeks can pass between the date you send the item back to us and the date we receive it at our returns center. Depending on the payment system used, it may take a few days before you see the refund credit.

If your package appears damaged or not intact, contact our Customer Service. To facilitate the management of the report we ask you to take some photographs of the package received (box, seals, etc.).
