Argan oil: benefits and use
There are two types of argan oil: the food type and the one used purely for cosmetics. The seeds are collected and subsequently pressed to obtain argan oil.
Cosmetic argan oil is rich in precious nutrients. Aimed above all at hydrating the skin, absorbed in a very short time by the epidermis. It can also be used to strengthen hair and make it shinier. Let's put the oil on wet hair, insisting on the ends. We wrap the hair in a towel or film and leave on for 40 minutes. We then conclude with the natural wash.
