Mascara brushes, differences, uses and advice
Mascara is undoubtedly one of the most loved products precisely because it is able to open every woman's gaze and make it sensual and bewitching.
As with everything, however, there are products more or less suitable for each of us and what makes the huge difference between one type of mascara and another, in addition to its hold, is certainly the brush. Depending on the type of final effect and the type of lashes you have, one brush compared to another can prove to be a valid ally or, if used incorrectly, a total flop.
Everything is fine mascara in fact, it is always accompanied by its applicator which, based on its design, is able to change the shape and size of the eyelashes. There are all types of products on the market and sometimes this vast range can make choosing the right product difficult. But not only indecision arises regarding the shape: sometimes what makes the difference is also the material used to make the pipe cleaner, a characteristic that is very often ignored. Therefore, every time we find ourselves purchasing a new mascara, the first thing it is important to have in mind the type of final effect we want to achieve and, precisely for this reason, we must pay close attention to the type of applicator with which the product is accompanied.
But let's get to know the various types of mascara brushes on the market.
Comb applicator: it is a pipe cleaner equipped with a thin comb, with large spaces between one tooth and the other. Usually made of rubber and very flexible, it allows you to spread the mascara evenly on all the lashes, making them fuller and naturally elongated.
Thick applicator: the most common one is able to give a full and voluminous result. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it is not the best for reaching all the eyelashes, but thanks to its very fixed bristles it is an excellent ally if we have eyelashes that are not exactly long and not very thick.
Ball applicator: recently introduced on the market, it is ideal for redefining because it can truly reach everywhere, managing to distribute the product on both the very long and the shortest lashes. Precisely for this reason, it is perfect for those looking for precision and definition, even if not everyone may love it at the first application attempt.
Mascara brushes: Curved applicator: it's a great companion if we have ultra-straight lashes, which look forward or even bend downwards. This brush, in addition to following the shape of the eye, is able to capture the eyelashes and, once this has been done, allows them to be curved using an upward zigzag movement. The look will thus be more open and more sensual. A little tip, before applying mascara, is to use an eyelash curler: the effect will be longer lasting and more defined.
