After the choice, the second step is lip care. It is important that they are well hydrated and not chapped! So scrub and lip balm – one of the non-oily ones – are a mandatory step before proceeding with the application of the dye.
And now, in front of the mirror, how to apply liquid lipsticks?
The convenience of these liquid lipsticks is that it is often not necessary to apply a pencil to define the lip contour before applying them because the applicator already allows precise application; however this can be subjective and those who prefer to enlarge the edges of the lips a little can still use a pencil line.
