Micro-concealing: what it is and how to do it
Micro-concealing, literally "the make-up that hides" is a make-up technique aimed at correcting imperfections.
The look is natural, a highly sought after nude effect. Thanks to this technique, created by Marco Dedivanovic, born in 1983 and who became famous for being Kim Kardashian's make-up artist, every woman can hide, with a few simple steps, the defects on her face and have a well-groomed appearance suitable for all skin types. days.
In reality, this technique is also used in the most famous fashion shows where perfection is the watchword: just focus only on the defects, such as pimples or blemishes, to be covered. The rest of the face remains natural. To proceed with micro-concealing you need to equip yourself with a concealer, for example the Maybelline New York one: the Liquid Corrector erases age with Goji Berries and Haloxyl, and a small, flat brush.
The first step consists of applying the concealer to the face with the brush and then dabbing it to fix the makeup. After completing this action, you move on to uniform the product on the affected area using your fingers.
The concealer, which must absolutely be the same shade as your skin tone, before purchasing it, to ascertain the color it should not be tried on the hand, as we tend to do with foundation, but on the jaw as it is the meeting point between the face and neck. Obviously the color must be observed under natural light to avoid alterations.
If the perfect shade is missing, we recommend mixing several concealers on the palm of your hand with the appropriate brush to find the right color.
For the rest of the face, we recommend mascara, for example the one from L'Oreal Castor Oil-Enriched Paradise Volumising Mascara Black, a transparent gloss (the Plumping Kiss Lipglos, volumizing and hydrating lip gloss, signed Naj-Olerari is interesting) or a lip balm nourishing like Yves Rocher with Shea butter.
In short, no makeup makeup is now in fashion.
