How to apply makeup for blue eyes?
Let's start by saying that there are no universal rules and that in addition to the color of the eyes, our general color mix (skin, eyes and hair) must be taken into account, which is different for each of us. It's easy to think that to enhance a blue eye it is necessary to apply an eyeshadow of the same color: in reality it is not the best choice, as it would create a very homogeneous and low-contrast look. For the make-up for daytime we can opt for smokey with light and bright colors, from pinkish browns to dove gray for those who want cold colors, while those who prefer warm colors will opt for bronze, hazelnut and peach nuances. For the evening, if we want to be more daring we can intensify our makeup with darker shades such as plum, but also midnight blue or dark grey. For a touch of light you can use gold, silver or lilac shimmer eyeshadows.
Tips to discover how to apply makeup for blue eyes: if you don't like smokey eyes but still want to experiment with colors, try using eyeshadows as eyeliner! Simply pick up the product with a small brush (angled for example) and create a line along the lashes just as if it were an eyeliner. I advise against using black because it could weigh down the light iris, if you want to use eyeliner you can try it in the brown version.
