Powder lipsticks? Yes please!

They are the novelty of the beauty world, the product that true beauty addicts cannot give up. Powder lipsticks are the real obsession of the moment, innovative lipsticks both from the point of view of application and in terms of formula.

Equipped with a cushion applicator, a sort of sponge that resembles a beauty blender, they have the great burden of fixing the product directly on the lips: the powder contained in the lipstick, combined with another hydrogel already incorporated, merges with the lips in order to give them a velvety finish without weighing them down.

Available in 8 shades ranging from reds to bright pinks to purple, it is certainly the most innovative not only for the "extra resistance" formula, but also for the futuristic packaging with the cap that reflects the chosen color. The intensity of the color we want to obtain is possible thanks to the cushion in the cap, which you just need to push so that it captures more or less color to apply. Its price is around €24, however there are cheaper ones, which are also very good. NYX Cosmetics offers its version of powder lipstick with the NYX POWDER PUFF, always long-lasting, with the sponge applicator and 8 more versions to choose from.

It gives the lips a more intense effect as regards the shade, but the finish is less opaque than that of Clinique, even if the price is certainly lower (€9.90!) Sephora also gives us its range of lipsticks in dust with the brand new WONDERFUL CUSHION.
It also has a "sponge" applicator and is also enriched with shea butter and cottonseed oil; unlike the others however, it is advisable to apply the product by tapping it on the lips to avoid having a real excess of colour. It has less choice when it comes to shades: there are only 6 available, all in shades of pink. Of course, the price is always notable: only €9!

The easiest one to find on the market is certainly the MAT MAX by INFAILLIBLE by L'Oréal.
Super long-lasting and intense: thanks to their matte formula they allow you to recreate infinite looks by playing with color and volume. It doesn't smudge, it doesn't dry out and its pigmentation, given by the right mix of ingredients, allows for easy application. Available in 5 shades from red to pink to purple, it costs halfway between Clinique's NYX Powder Puff and Pop Lip Shadow.
