Working closely and collaboratively, Ben Gorham and Isamaya Ffrench have developed a new approach to makeup, placing the wearer's subjectivity firmly at the center of their creative process. The boundaries of gender and identity are refuted; sector agreements rejected.

Multi-purpose products, such as the Color Stick, invite the wearer to choose how they will be worn, whether on the eyes, lips or cheeks, and reflect the idea of subjective beauty at the heart of the brand. Byredo perfumes' characteristic pursuit of perfection is reflected in the totemic packaging of each product, designed by Gorham.

Each product becomes an object of desire, to own and wear. Their futuristic aesthetic is echoed in the composition of the cosmetics: while the makeup is predominantly composed of clean and natural ingredients, the performance and technology of the products have been meticulously studied. Designed for instinctive application rather than prescriptive tutorials, this is makeup that lives, moves and breathes with the wearer.

The Color Stick celebrates subjective beauty: a feeling that lies at the heart of Byredo perfumes. Deliberately expressing extremes, the initial range of sixteen shades is an emotional rather than strategic choice, selected to inspire creativity. The intense colors can be worn alone or in tandem and are designed to be blendable with both fingers and brushes.

The Color Stick is available in a range of finishes aligned to the corresponding shades, including light dewy, matte and creamy textures suitable for cheeks, eyes and lips. Encased in silver metal tubes, the thin stick with curved bullet tip is designed to be used easily, quickly and instinctively, avoiding artificial ultra-perfection.

Byredo believes in quality over quantity across its entire makeup range, even within its eye products. Built around three pillars – the eyeshadow palette, liquid eyeliner and mascara – each core element has been created with the highest level of creativity and careful consideration.

Eyeliner and Mascara Byredo
