Black Afgano (Nasomatto) is a dark, resinous, smoky woody-oriental parfums extrait built around a green, cannabis-like opening that evolves into a heavy heart of resins, tobacco/coffee facets and spices, finishing on oud, incense, amber/vanillic sweetness and leathery/animalic undertones. It is frequently described as having a bitter/green medicinal "hash/cannabis" nuance at first, a chewy resinous amber-heart (labdanum/benzoin/amber) and a dense oud/incense base. The overall character is brooding, hypnotic, and statement-making — best suited to cooler weather and evening or night occasions. Performance is generally reported as long-lasting (many users report 8–12+ hours or more) with strong to very strong sillage/projection on initial wear, though some report it sits closer to skin after hours.
